* 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained * 2/3 c. celery, chopped * 2/3 c. onion, chopped * 2/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped * 1 c. water * 1 lb. smoked sausage or hot and spicy links, sliced * 3 chicken bouillon cubes * 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce * 2 c. Minute® White Rice, uncooked
What to do:
1. Bring tomatoes, vegetables, water, sausage, bouillon and pepper sauce to boil in large skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until bouillon is dissolved. 2. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Stir.
