Green salad and raspberry sorbet for dessert. Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 30 Min. What you need:

+ 1 lb. ground turkey
+ 1 c. onion, thinly sliced + 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped + 1 c. reduced-calorie, reduced sodium ketchup + 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish + 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder + 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce + 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt + 1/2 tsp. garlic powder + 1/4 tsp. celery seeds + 1 loaf (1 lb.) French or Italian bread What to do:
1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté turkey, onion and pepper 5 min. or until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Add keychup, relish, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and celery seed. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 min. 3. Slice bread in half, lengthwise, and toast under broiler 1 to 2 min. or until lightly browned. 4. To serve, spoon turkey mixture over one half of bread and top with other half. Cut into 8 slices.
