Cherry Berry Smoothie

What you need:

+ 1/2 c. frozen tart cherries, pitted
+ 1/2 c. 1% low fat milk
+ 1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt
+ 2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries
+ 1 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate
+ 1 Tbsp. honey
+ 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
+ 8 ice cubes
+ 1 Tbsp. slivered toasted almonds
+ 1 Tbsp. chopped dried tart cherries
+ sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
What to do:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
2. Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.

Very good and nutritious for you
